On my way to Mersea Island
I woke up with the sun into a frozen world - I even had ice inside the tent :) But what a beautiful morning!
Slowly I packed my stuff together and pushed my bike along the footpath in direction Brightligsea.
From the harbour I took the footferry over to Mersea Island.
On the other side I pitched up my tent on the beach, fried the herrings I had bought from the fisherman in Brightlingsea, and ate them together with cucumber salad. What a day!
