- 1 red onion
- piece of ginger
- 3 handful stinging nettle
- daisy flowers
- some dandelion leaves
- 1 handful sorrel
- 1 mellow pear
- 1 big potato
- olive oil
- salt and black pepper
- 1 tablespoon creme fraiche
1) Peel the potato and boil it in salted water.
2) Cut ginger and onion into pieces, fry them in the oil.
3) Hack the washed leaves of the herbs and add them to the onions. Fry for 1-2 minutes.
4) Add roundabout 1-2 mugs of water, let it boil for 10-15 minutes.
5) Pulp the boiled potato together with the pealed pear. Add the pulp to the soup. Stir and warm the soup, but don´t let it boil.
6) Spice the soup with salt and pepper, add creme fraiche and lots of daisy´s ;)
