Per-Anders Fogelström - Mina Drömmars Stad

Per-Anders Fogelströms Mina Drömmars Stad was one of my favourite books as child. I learned a lot about my hometown Stockholm and the life of labourers it the end of the 18th century.
I am happy to have found a link where I can listen to the story once again, 50 years later ...
Here it is.

Adventures in Wonderland

Lewis Carrol wrote Alice´s adventures in wonderland in 1865. It has been thought the story was about taking psychodelic drugs, but I read it mostly was about logic and mathematics. Anyhow, you can listen to Jefferson Airplane and the whole novel here. Have fun!

Cromer

What luck, I had a sunny day for visiting Cromer. The beach is wide and long, the boats of the fishermen are lying on the beach, right behind the tractors which pulls the boats out from the sea. I really got fond of the tractors :)

The Shaggs

A father decides that his daughters shall become a famous musical group. He buys them instruments, takes them off school and urges them to play for several hours a day. Unfortunately the girls don´t know anything about music, and are not able to play the instruments. Short time later the father book them a weekly gig and brings them to a recording studio. "Philosophy of The World" remains the only recording of The Shaggs.
It´s not a fairy tale.
