This Bridge was built in 1788 by Kurfürst Karl Theodor and destroyed by the german armed forces in 1945 in order to stop the american army.

Some hundred steps upwards in the tower of the Heiliggeistkirche of Heidelberg. I wish the weather would have been better, the view is beautiful though.

Heidelberg - Die Altstadt

It was a grey day in Heidelberg. Some dear friends took me for a walk through the old parts of Heidelberg. Heidelberg had luck and wasn´t destroyed during World War II. There is a lot of old houses from the 17th century left. Feel invited to take a look :)
